Yes!
Everything we make is gluten-free. Our commercial kitchen has been a dedicated gluten-free facility since 2020.

We primarily use King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. This is a rice-based flour.
If you need an alternative flour, we are willing to try to accommodate with enough advance notice.

We primarily use cane sugar.
Again, if you need an alternative sweetener, we’re willing to try to accommodate with enough advance notice.
